This is a highly popular revival blouse from KANEKO ISAO's Wonderful World. It's adorable with lots of picot frills. The color is the popular white. There are no noticeable stains or blemishes. It's not new, but I've taken good care of it, so it hasn't been worn much and there's hardly any feeling of wear. I'm hesitant to sell it, so I'm not considering lowering the price at the moment.
