This is a Signstek Audio USB-DAC. I used it as a headphone amplifier and for LineOut in my previous PC setup. The RCA connectors for LineOut show signs of use. I haven't used the Coaxial connector or any others. I used it in a Windows 10 and 11 environment. It works with standard drivers. It uses a BurrBrown PCM2704. I think it's fine for normal listening. The cable is the one that came with it when I bought it, and it's unused.
