Both are new, but in different colors. The pink pair has no tags because I tried them on at home to check the size. The pink color is closer to the actual color in the third photo, and is a slightly salmon pink. Please understand that these have been stored at home. They are size S, but I usually wear size M, and they fit well because of the elastic waist and the tapered design.
