This is a black tiered dress from CHIP CLIP.
The fluffy, flowing silhouette and balloon sleeves make you look slender, and the ribbon on the back gives a girly impression ♡

There are small scuffs and fuzzing on the hem and skirt (see images). There are no major stains or tears, and it can still be worn.
