This is an old Nagoya obi. The original color, combined with age, has created a very tasteful hue. The design features plants in the center and seigaiha (wave) patterns on both sides, creating an interesting arrangement reminiscent of a hanging scroll. Gold thread is woven throughout, giving it a subdued yet elegant appearance. Length: 338cm Width: 32cm Please allow for some margin of error. The outer fabric shows some dulling and slight wear on the edges, but overall, it appears to be in good condition. The lining and the folded half-width section have significant staining and soiling. There is some wear on the pattern of the half-width section. There is some fraying at the seams of the half-width section. The outer fabric is very beautiful; would it be suitable for repurposing? Please consider this item as an antique, with some minor imperfections and wear. It is impossible to identify and report 100% of the minor flaws in antique fabrics.
