This is everything in the first photo. The front and back covers have wrinkles. The restaurant section has noticeable wrinkles up to around the first 8 pages. Aside from the above, there are some minor folds and wrinkles, but I think it's in a condition that's easy to read. I will package it in an envelope with waterproof and crease-prevention measures before shipping.
