This is Ariel's dress. It's covered in sequins and sparkles, and the skirt is very cute with 3-4 layers of fabric. I usually wear a size M-L and bought a size L, but it was about two sizes bigger than the size chart, so I had to take in the bust, waist, and length quite a bit (see photo 6). The thread can be undone to restore it, so it can probably be worn off-the-shoulder. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it is amateur sewing. Be aware that the fabric on the sleeves is itchy. If you are concerned about the size, I recommend a smaller size, as the original site shipped quickly last year.
