This item belonged to my mother, who used to do dressmaking and handicrafts. It has been stored away for a long time. It appears to be unfinished. The cuffs and hem are not finished. One side seam is only partially sewn, not reaching the hem. A zipper is attached. I hope it can be used for remaking. I think the material is probably polyester.
