It's made of black nylon, but the handles, edges, corners, and zipper pulls are made of durable leather. There are four pins on the bottom, so even when you put heavy items like documents in it, it won't touch the office floor directly, making it less likely to get dirty. It's been used a bit, but it's sturdy and in good condition except for some wear on the corners, so it's still usable and perfect for outside sales. It's also well-made enough to safely carry a PC.
