(The bread is not included) I not only checked the operation but also actually baked bread. The bread in the photo is tofu bread made with silken tofu. It was soft and delicious. There is no instruction manual, but you can download it from the manufacturer's website. No price reduction is possible. It will be shipped in simple bubble wrap packaging.
