This item was purchased at a flea market sometime ago. The size is approximately 48-53cm (please note that there may be some error due to amateur measurements). It's quite worn, and the inner cushion is exposed, though it's unclear if it was originally made that way. It will be shipped in a plastic bag via Nekopos (a Japanese delivery service). It will be compressed, so please reshape it upon arrival.
