This is a bag I used for Uber Eats. I've only used it for about a month, so there are no noticeable scratches or stains. I bought it for around 4000 yen. It holds 35L and has excellent insulation and cooling properties. There are small pockets on both sides where you can put drinks, etc. It can be folded up small, making it easy to store.
