Both items are unused, but have some scratches from storage. The Santa Claus is about 12.2cm tall. There's a hole at the top, so you can hang it on something. Both hands move, so you can change the angle. There is a stain on the back as shown in the image. The Christmas tree seems to be used standing up. The white pom-poms look like they might come off, but there don't seem to be any noticeable stains or scratches. The material is wood.
