I've used this before, but it's been cleaned and stored carefully, so I think it's in good condition. This is just my opinion. I think it's fine to sterilize it with hot water before using it. Baby's runny noses are a concern, aren't they? They can't blow their noses themselves. But, this might be useful when they're congested and struggling. Not recommended for those who are overly sensitive.
