These are Japanese accessories: an obiage (sash scarf) and obijime (sash tie). Both are made of silk. The obiage is a subdued, slightly dark brown color with a textured pattern, and features patterns in beige, wine, and a bright matcha green. The obijime is a dark matcha green and a purplish pink color, with five tassels. I think these can be widely used with tsumugi (pongee) kimono, komon (small-patterned) kimono, iromuji (single-color) kimono, tsukesage (semi-formal) kimono, and homongi (visiting) kimono.
