This is a German Kruspe bassoon. Kruspe bassoons are no longer manufactured, but at the time of their sale, Yamaha imported and sold them. It has a thick, German-made tone, and is easy to play with good breath support. The pads and key corks have been replaced, and the instrument has been fully adjusted, so you can play it immediately.
