This is a thermometer for tempura frying pans that came with a tempura frying pan I bought. I think it was over 20 years ago. It's new and unused, but the outer box is dirty and crushed due to its age. I will put it in an envelope as is, so I expect the box to be further crushed when sent via Mercari delivery.
