This is a UVER-chan plushie from UVERworld. It was a prize from a crane game around the time of their debut, but it's official merchandise. I have other colors, so I'd like to sell this one to someone who loves UVER. It wasn't in perfect condition because I had it on display. The eyes have cracks due to aging, but I think it's a rare item that's hard to find now!
