I ripped and saved the CD after purchase. As shown in the photos, the case has minor scratches, but the disc itself has no scratches and is in good condition. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. I will package it with a CD sleeve and bubble wrap. Instant purchase is OK.
