This is material from a disassembled kimono. There are creases in the fabric. There may be sewing threads attached. There may be holes or snags in the seams. There may be discoloration on the folds. There may be cuts on the selvedge of the fabric. There may be weaving flaws, crease marks, unraveling marks, and markings from kimono sewing (cuts or pen marks). The material was identified by burning a thread from the fabric. I believe it is Tango chirimen (silk crepe), but I apologize if it is not. The actual color may differ slightly from the images.
