"It's so 80's! Looks like she's wearing roller skates!" I fell in love with it at first sight (^^), and bought it for my daughter to wear during water play at nursery school. It's been worn about 5 times. Please refer to the photos of the inside out garment, the chest area has two layers of fabric. There's a little bit of scuffing on the bottom, but it's still wearable. There's a ribbon on the left side, and the short skirt flutters, which my daughter loved wearing. I'd be happy if someone else could wear it!
