This is a Chinese-made Qianlong ink cake. Unfortunately, it's broken into three pieces like this, but judging from the color wear, it seems to have aged considerably. Also, the three fragments fit together perfectly, suggesting it has never been used. If it weren't broken, it would be extremely valuable, but I remember a TV show saying that even with a 1/3 piece missing, a Qianlong ink cake received a high appraisal, and the age of the ink itself held value.
