I used this for drafting and applying/scraping tones a long time ago. It's old, but still usable. I wiped down the main body and the blade case. There are some minor stains. There are 5 unopened, unused blades (a little white in the middle), and 4 opened, unused blades. The case is dirty. I don't see any rust, but please understand if there is rust inside. To prevent danger during shipping, I will put the used blades inside, and secure the cutter body and the blade case caps with masking tape. I will then package it to prevent water damage. It was very comfortable to use. If you are looking for a design cutter, please consider it. #MercariHalloween
