This is a leather jacket from JIL SANDER. It's from the 2009aw collection, when Raf Simons, the legendary designer who worked at Dior, Calvin Klein, and PRADA, was the creative director. The jacket is made of deerskin on the outside, but it's reversible, so you can also wear it as a nylon jacket by turning it inside out. Regarding the condition, the second button is not the original (I will include the spare original button), and there are some scratches typical of leather due to its age, so I'm offering it at a lower price.
