This is a lidded oval dish made by Toyo Toki Co., Ltd. (TOYO). Toyo Toki is the predecessor company of the current TOTO. This item is a vessel with an elegant design of white porcelain with gold decoration, believed to have been manufactured during the Showa period. It is an atmospheric piece that appears to have been used for commercial purposes, hotels, and high-class Japanese restaurants.
