I'm selling this because I haven't had a chance to wear it. I took it out of the bag and stored it on a hanger. It's new with tags. There are wrinkles from when I purchased it. There's a small stain-like mark on the ruffle of the right sleeve, and the sewing is somewhat sloppy, but this was also the case when I bought it. I will compress it for shipping.
