I think it's clean with no noticeable stains, but the elastic in the blouse sleeves seems to have broken, and there's no elastic in them. My child wore it without any issues, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. See the 7th photo for the sleeves. Please understand that this is a used item worn by a child before making a purchase.
