The images are everything. It's difficult to take pictures of each individual figure, so please inquire if you have any concerns. Figures not visible are considered to be unopened in their inner bags. Figures that have been taken out of their inner bags were displayed in a showcase for a short time. Some have scratches on their bases, so they are considered to have some damage. The popular Volume 9 and 13 are unopened in their inner bags.
