I opened it intending to use it, but it's actually unused. It was folded for storage, so there are fold marks. It's a Mitsukoshi Isetan Macmillan pattern eco-bag. It's made of sturdy recycled plastic fabric. Approximate flat measurements: Height 37cm, Width 45cm, Depth 9cm
