It's elegant and cute, and I really loved it, but I quickly outgrew it, so it's in very good condition. There are fabric roses on the front. The upper part of the back has elastic, so it stretches a bit. The skirt has three layers of white tulle. It is lined. There is petticoat fabric at the hem. Flat measurements (please allow for some error): Width (underarm): 36cm Width (waist): 37.5cm Length (from shoulder strap to hem): 99cm + about 2cm of tulle extends It has been stored at home.
