This item was used by a child. One of the included fishing rods is missing. Also, the string part of the fishing rod was wrapped around and taped to play with, so the string has kinks and is slightly sticky. Batteries are not included. I have wiped it down with disinfectant wipes, but there may be some minor dirt and dust remaining.
