I believe this item is in excellent condition, having been worn only once, with no stains or tears. However, please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor imperfections. The material is nylon, and the gray sections have a checkered pattern. Measurements (laid flat): Waist 32cm, Inseam 72cm.
