Purchased directly from the US Open website in 2008. It has the US Open mark embroidered on the chest and the US OPEN logo printed under the collar on the back. It was quite large for me, so I wore it maybe once a year. The condition of the item is that there are no stains or fraying, but it appears slightly faded from the chest up, possibly due to long-term storage.
