This is a Campagnolo wheel center gauge. I purchased it approximately 25 years ago. There is no warping, and it works without any problems. It cannot be used for small diameter rims. There is some dirt commensurate with its age, but I hope that those who appreciate it as character will purchase it (lol). If you're looking to try building wheels, please do!
