This is a Buffalo portable DVD disc drive. Reference: https://www.buffalo.jp/product/series/DVSM-PTS58U3 It seems it can no longer be used on Windows 11. I used it on a Windows 10 device before, but I no longer have a Windows 10 device, and it is unknown whether it can be used on Windows 10 now, so I will treat it as a junk item. It has quite a bit of wear and tear.
