This is an Elliott capo, McKinney type. It's a custom piece, engraved after being purchased new. Engraving on stainless steel is difficult due to the hardness of the material, and I believe it would cost over 60,000 yen to have engraving of this level done. The original Elliott capo itself costs nearly 40,000 yen, so I've priced it accordingly.
