Since it's made in Japan, I think it's more reliable than the cheaper ones sold recently. There's a small dent that's hard to notice unless you look closely, but there are no bends. There's no sticking, and it produced sound. One of the piston felts is missing. The F# note seems a little out of tune, but the cork has quite a few grooves, so I think air is leaking from there. Please have the cork replaced after purchase. The case is tattered, so please consider it as an extra. There's also a mouthpiece holder.
