This is a neck cooler & neck warmer I purchased on Amazon about 3 years ago for around 6000 yen. It's rechargeable and the panels on both sides cool (3-stage adjustment). It gets quite cold, but on the highest setting, it lasts for about 2 hours. I haven't used the warming function, so I don't know how long it lasts. (It gets quite warm.) I've used it about 10 times, but I'm selling it because I don't use it anymore. There is no box. I will include a new charging cable. I have confirmed that it powers on and works, but it is used, so please understand that it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
