BLUE GIANT Story: The protagonist, aiming to become the world's best jazz player, uses his passion for music as his strength, and along with his friends, runs through his passionate youth. The film depicts this with impressive performance scenes actually performed by world-class players including Hiromi Uehara. The voice cast includes Yuki Yamada, Shotaro Mamiya, and Amane Okayama. Dai Miyamoto, a high school student in Sendai, becomes captivated by jazz and decides to "become the world's best jazz player," practicing his tenor saxophone every day by the river. After graduating, Dai moves to Tokyo and moves into the apartment of his high school classmate, Shunji Tamada. He falls for Yukinori Sawabe, a skilled pianist he meets at a live house, and invites him to form a band... Blue Giant
