This item was purchased for a junior high school event and was only in a backpack that day. I erased the name written on the tag (photo attached). I think it's okay to cut off the tag. The neck strap is removable. The inside, where the ears are, is mesh, so it's cool. It can be worn by adult women, and the head circumference can be adjusted with the string.
