There are scratches and discoloration from being well-used. Also, the built-in battery seems to be depleted, and the continuous usage time (I mainly used it for music on my WALKMAN) is only about 1-2 hours before the earphones run out of battery. However, they would quickly fast charge when returned to the main case, so I don't think the main case's built-in battery is as heavily depleted. I believe I have all the original packaging, so I will add photos as soon as I find them.
