I purchased this skirt from United Arrows several years ago, but I'm selling it because I've only worn it about once a year. It's a tiered skirt with a lot of fabric. There's no lining, but I think it's not see-through because it's made of two layers of fabric. It's a vibrant green color (it was called Kelly green when I bought it) and is a summery color. The waist has elastic and a drawstring, and although it's size 38, I think it fits like a free size.
