They were worn when the child was 8 months old, so they are likely for 6-9 month olds. I've removed the tag, so I apologize if they are actually for 9-12 months. The condition of the item is based on personal opinion, and as I am a private seller, please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about details.
