Height: 15cm Toyama clay dolls, a traditional folk craft of Toyama. This is a work by Nobuhide Watanabe. In Toyama City, starting in 1983, Mr. Nobuhide Watanabe was the instructor, and students of doll making were recruited to form the "Toyama Clay Doll Transmission Society." After Mr. Watanabe became elderly, he ended his long-held clay doll making and entrusted all the molds and techniques passed down through generations to the "Toyama Clay Doll Transmission Society."
