Nib (gold-plated M) and feed for a Parker 180 series fountain pen. Genuine product, unused. The feed is inserted into the section. Originally, the 180 series nib was a two-sided nib with XF on one side and M on the other, made of 14k gold. However, early 180s had a problem where the nib would come loose and fall out if the pen was shaken vigorously. Parker distributed this nib to retailers to address this issue, but it was not a two-sided nib nor was it gold. However, it is now a rare item. For those who own a 180, how about a spare?
