There were no major scratches. There were no noticeable stains either. I think it's relatively clean. Both radios could be listened to. I haven't done a thorough operational check. Please consider it as a junk item just in case. Returns are not accepted to prevent swapping. I will try my best to ship it as soon as possible. Thank you.
