This is a listing for the case (charger) of these wireless earphones only. When a USB is plugged in, it reacts as shown in image 1, so I believe it is not broken. However, since there are no earphones, I have not been able to confirm whether it actually charges. The exterior doesn't appear to have any severe damage, but there are relatively many scratches and scuffs overall, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
