This is a flower hair ornament. I purchased it for approximately 8000 yen. I used it once for a pre-ceremony photoshoot for my coming-of-age ceremony and have kept it stored in a closet since then. I believe it is in good condition, but it has been used and stored by a private individual, so please consider this before purchasing.
