Old LEGO, a villa from the Town series released in 1983. Since it's from the 80s, I think it can be classified as Showa retro or a classic item. Two figures and one vehicle are included. I think this is one of the most beautiful sets in the 80s Town series. The combination of the triangular roof is exquisite, and the interior is elaborate. No. 6349, which I have also listed, is probably the successor to this set. The cypress tree has been replaced with another tree. Other than this, there are no part replacements or missing parts. The sunshade and kitchen set decals are original, but the refrigerator part (back side) is missing. The instruction manual is a simple bound color print.
