I purchased this 314 after visiting several stores and trying out more than 10 guitars. I compared it with models like the 714 and 812, and considering the price, I decided this 314 had sufficient sound. Since then, I have mainly used it for recording. Some of my students also own 314s, but none of them have a sound better than this one. (I believe there is a considerable difference between individual instruments) I have used it carefully, so there is a scratch on the headstock, but otherwise, there are minor scratches, but it is generally clean as shown in the photos. (The mark under the photo of the back of the body is not a scratch, but the wood grain) The frets show wear on the 3rd string from the 1st to 4th frets, but it does not affect the sound yet. There is no bridge lift. The truss rod has only been adjusted once, by 1 centimeter. I have been using the Elixir 12-53 strings that came with the guitar since I bought it, and I have restrung and adjusted it for this sale. The amplifier also works fine. The reason for selling is that although this guitar's sound quality is still sufficient for me, I want a smaller guitar, and I decided to sell it at a price I thought was reasonable. You may think it's expensive, but I am not considering any discounts. I think buying a used guitar (especially an acoustic guitar) carries a high risk.
